Welcome to Joyce Unlimited Tours! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

Joyce Unlimited Tours provides guided tours and travel-related services throughout Jamaica. All bookings made through our website or via other communication channels are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Booking and Payment

  • To book a tour, a deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour date.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within3 days of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the event that Joyce Unlimited Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability

  • Joyce Unlimited Tours will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events.

Health and Safety

  • Participants must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • Joyce Unlimited Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unfit for the tour for safety reasons.

Code of Conduct

  • We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards our guides, other participants, and the local communities we visit.
  • Any participant who engages in disruptive or illegal behavior may be removed from the tour without a refund.

Privacy Policy

  • Joyce Unlimited Tours respects your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of booking and providing our services.
  • We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
