By booking a tour with Joyce Unlimited Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking: A booking is confirmed when full payment or a specified deposit is received. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All payments must be completed before the start of the tour.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds are provided based on the following schedule:
100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the tour date.
50% refund if canceled 15-30 days before the tour date.
No refund if canceled less than 15 days before the tour date.
Cancellation by Joyce Unlimited Tours: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
4. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
5. Liability
Joyce Unlimited Tours and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from activities during the tour. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health and Safety
Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate in the tour. Joyce Unlimited Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour activities.
7. Photography and Media
Joyce Unlimited Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of these images. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform your guide.
8. Complaints
If you have any complaints during the tour, please inform your guide immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot. Any unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour’s completion.
9. Amendments
Joyce Unlimited Tours reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
