Cancellation Policy

At Joyce Unlimited Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality services to all our customers.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• More than 30 Days Before the Tour Date: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a processing fee of 10% to cover administrative costs.
• 15 to 30 Days Before the Tour Date: If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 Days Before the Tour Date: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer a partial credit towards a future tour, depending on the circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for the tour without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Changes to Your Booking:

• More than 15 Days Before the Tour Date: If you need to make changes to your booking more than 15 days before the tour date, we will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charges, subject to availability.
• Less than 15 Days Before the Tour Date: Changes made within 15 days of the tour date may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the nature of the change and availability.

4. Cancellation by Joyce Unlimited Tours:

• In the unlikely event that Joyce Unlimited Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, such as a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or credit towards a future tour.
