No Refund for No-Shows: As a tour company committed to providing exceptional experiences, we allocate resources and personnel based on confirmed reservations. A no-show transpires when a customer fails to attend the scheduled tour without prior notice. Unfortunately, in such instances, we are unable to offer refunds for the missed tour.
